Super friendly and amiable staff, probably the best ice cream in Ingolstadt and the kitchen is very good. Always happy to be there.

Unfortunately we were not at all satisfied. The orders were received incorrectly and subsequently not correctly billed. Everything was pretty messed up and it took us a while to pay. We were also warned that the children should take their shoes down from the bank because the boss doesn't like it - they're basically right, but my little ones' feet were on my lap to avoid this. The last time we were there.

I was enthusiastic about the ice cream but especially about the technical advice from Katja! You can taste each variety before ordering and it explains exactly what ingredients are in the ice. I can't remember ever getting better ice advice. Thanks Katja and Caffe Italia!

Simply great! I love it here! The staff is very nice and always greets you with a smile, you just feel comfortable. I always like to come here. Food is great too.

Just doesn't work! Really nice staff but going for ice cream is simply not enough. I don't know what you think sometimes. The staff pulls a lot out of it but that just doesn't get it. I just can't recommend it. Leave your money somewhere else. Kind regards

I always go there when I'm in Ingolstadt for the "fantastico penne del polo" and one of their awesome ice cream based dessert.

After a quick look through the flavors of ice cream, I was kindly asked if I wanted to try something (which I've never been asked personally) and I was even given two spoons with two flavors of ice cream. First very big plus. As a lactose intolerant and ice-loving person, I languish very much for the unusual varieties. After the very nice and personable woman at the counter recommended me to try her anyway, because apparently her way of production makes her more tolerable for "US" I took jogurette and cookie. Absolutely delicious taste ? My stomach is also blinding and I now know that when I am in Westpark I can eat all kinds of ice cream. I personally would leave more than 5 stars Highly recommended ???

Very nice authentic Italian coffee. In addition to home-made ice cream specialties, cakes and smaller dishes are offered. The service is fast and courteous. The prices are reasonable. Warmly recommended for the small shopping break in between.

The ice cream is definitely very good. The service is also very courteous and friendly and the coffee is also very good. There is always a lot going on and sometimes you even get lucky if you still get a seat. I always like to go;)

The seats inside are very dirty the ice cream tastes like powder and preservatives the waffles were ok

As Ken said, this place is amazing. Of course the scoops are a bit smaller than other places, but the ice-cream is self made in our laboratory and the maker is waking up every day at 5 o'clock to get in time to prepare the ice-cream. The personnel is very mixed, from Italian to Romanian and German people working very hard to satisfy the client's needs. If someone has a problem, I can guarantee customer satisfaction because I am working there as a side job one to several days a week at the ice-cream stand and I must say, I have never felt so happy to go to work.

Great Ice Cream by Giovanni L., Add an espresso and you are in Italia. They have exceptional ice cream, just awesome, BUT expensive! Two scoops here are a single scoop in most other places. Service is great!
